Follow these simple steps to measure your chest:

1. Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest.

2. The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that the tape measure slides down.

3. Don't puff out or flex your chest. Just stand normally while taking the measurement.

After this period of time you will start to develop muscle memory, and your subconscious will learn to correct your posture without you even thinking about it!

We recommend that you wear your new Posture Corrector+ for 20-30 mins a day for the first week.. Then from the second week onward add an additional 20 mins each day as you get used to wearing it.

If your Posture Corrector+ feels uncomfortable after a period of time then simply loosen the adjustable straps gradually until you find a more comfortable fit.

Most people make the wrong assumption that you have to make your posture corrector as tight as possible. This is not correct, the posture corrector should gently pull your shoulders back, working on you muscle memory as the long term fix to great posture

You should apply enough tension to the posture corrector+ that is comfortable for you. Like most things in life it is not an instant fix, but over time you will see the results!
